To create a pool play tournament with a playoff bracket, try these steps.

Create Pools as if they were Divisions

As games are played, enter the scores in the game list.

To reveal the score column in the game list, click on Column Options, choose visitor and home score, then save your preferences so those columns will “stick” the next time you’re in the program.

To enter a score in the columns, double click on the cell and enter the score. Tab will take you to the next column.

When pool competition is finished

1. View standings
2. Group standings across pools
3. Decide how many teams should go to playoffs (maximum of 16 conveniently).
4. Click, view standings and group all pools
5. Click on Group All
6. Create playoff bracket
